VIEWING THE GALA PROGRAM
Q: How can I watch the gala video stream?
A: The video will stream through our YouTube channel. The link will be posted on the Celebrate! website https://mssmn.ejoinme.org/celebrate, sent out in emails leading up to the show, and posted on social media. The preshow will begin at 6:45, program begins at 7pm CST.
Q How do I join the chat?
A: You will need to log in to chat. It’s quick and easy. Click the chat window on our website to start. We look forward to spending time with you during the gala
Q: Can we watch the gala after it premieres?
A: Yes! The video replay will be available on our YouTube page. We will also share it on our social media.
Q: The video/sound/chat isn’t working!
A: Refresh the page, check to make sure the sound on the video isn’t muted, check the sound on your device.
If that doesn’t work, try going to the YouTube page instead of watching through the Celebrate site.
If it is before 6:45pm, you will see a placeholder announcing the video will be live soon. The video should automatically start. If it doesn’t, follow the instructions above.
AUCTION & FUND A NEED
Q: I clicked the link in the email after signing up, but it says, "Failed. The account verification didn't work.” Or, I signed in using the credentials I created, but gets a "no fundraising activities available" message.
A: Wait a few minutes, try signing in again. If that doesn’t work, go back to Get Started and click Create Account. Enter the email address you registered. The system will recognize the email as one on file. Select re-send verification email, then follow the steps in the email. If the system doesn’t prompt to resend verification email, the original sign up wasn’t completed and you can register with that email address again.
Q: I need my personalized bidder link!
A: Personalized bidder links are in the emails and text messages you have been receiving from Greater Giving. Or, you can go to the website, click the “View the Auction” button, click “Get Started” in the upper right corner of the screen, log in, and start bidding.
Q: I don’t see any emails from Greater Giving/MSS.
A: Check your junk mail folder.
Q: I can’t sign up online! I’ve tried multiple times.
A: contact Jessi Fox at 651-793-4145 (during business hours) or jfox@mssmn.org. She will complete the registration for you. During the gala, call our office at 651-778-1000 for assistance.
Q: I need help bidding!
Call us at 651-778-1000. Bid helpers will be available 6:30pm-9pm CST on Saturday, September 18, 2021.

Q: Can I call in and make a donation?
A: Contact us at 651-778-1000 to make your donation.
Q: How will I be notified if I win?
A: Winning bidders will receive a text/email (depending on your setting in Greater Giving) after the auction closes at 4pm on Monday, September 20th.
Q: When will my credit card be charged for winning bids and donations?
A: All bids and donations made on the auction site will be charged to the credit card on file the week of September 20th. If you have questions about this, please contact us.
Q: How will I receive my items?
A: Winning bidders will be contacted the week after the auction to arrange for pick-up (if they are local) or mailing/delivery as needed.
